We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

Advertised speeds represent maximum potential speeds and are not guaranteed at all times. Actual speeds may vary based on network congestion, customer location, equipment, and other factors.
By subscribing to IANLAN Services and providing your mobile phone number, you automatically consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS text messages from IANLAN to the mobile number you provided. This includes but is not limited to:
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving these transactional messages at any time by texting STOP to any message from IANLAN. However, opting out may limit our ability to provide timely service notifications. You may also text HELP for assistance.
Promotional Messages: IANLAN may also offer promotional and marketing SMS messages (service upgrades, special offers, etc.). These promotional messages require separate explicit opt-in consent and are not automatically included with your service subscription. You can opt in to promotional messages through our website or by contacting customer support.
Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Message frequency for transactional messages varies based on account activity and service needs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IANLAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to IANLAN in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IANLAN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days’ written notice. IANLAN may immediately suspend or terminate your service without notice if:

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. IANLAN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IANLAN operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and IANLAN regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
